Free Phone Consultation

This 15-minute call is where it all starts. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, why you're considering an ADU, your budget, and your timeline. We’ll also explain how we work and answer your top questions about zoning, costs, or site feasibility. If everything sounds like a fit, we’ll move to an in-person visit.

On-Site Feasibility Study

Next, we visit your property to assess the space. We measure distances for utility connections, check your lot’s slope and layout, and place markers to show you where your ADU could go. This gives you a real-world sense of scale and helps us confirm that your project is viable.

Estimate & Finance Options

After your site visit, you’ll receive a professional estimate outlining your ADU’s projected costs. If financing is needed, we’ll introduce you to trusted partners who specialize in construction loans, HELOCs, and renovation financing, with no hard credit pull required. Our goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Design Selections

Once your project is approved, we guide you through the design phase. You’ll choose your layout, exterior style, finishes, and interior selections. Whether you’re building a space for aging parents or adding a rental unit, we help you make choices that match your lifestyle and long-term goals.

Permitting & Approvals

We handle all permitting with your local municipality so you don’t have to navigate zoning laws or permit delays. Whether you're in DeKalb or Gwinnett County, we’ve got experience working with local rules and timelines. We keep you updated every step of the way.

Construction
